Is your bathroom suffering from its age? It may be too small, falling apart or just out of date. If you’re looking add amenities for the future and enjoy your bathroom, then a remodeling project may be in your near future. A local family was looking to change their bathroom, while also making it accessible, and they knew that something had to be done.
“We remodeled the bathroom primarily to make it handicap accessible but also to upgrade it with a modem flair.”
Having previously remodeled their kitchen with Cabinet Discounters, the family knew exactly where to turn when they were ready to embark on their bathroom project. So they headed back to our Mt. Airy showroom to begin the work on their master bathroom.
“We choose Cabinet Discounters because they helped us upgrade our kitchen and we we very pleased.”
Once inside our showroom, they met again with designer Wendy Ames. Wendy was able to listen to their desires and come up with a layout and a plan to work within their space.
“Wendy was extremely helpful from using the latest in graphic layout tools to monitoring the entire project.”
In addition to Wendy, the family was also very pleased with their experience working with all of the other people involved with their project.
“The delivery people were prompt and pleasant to work with. The carpenter, plumber, electrician and tile person were all very professional, efficient and responsive to our input.”
Working along with Wendy, the family selected Brighton Cabinetry with Wide Rail Shaker doors and Maple Urban Bronze color for their vanity. The vanity top is Cambria Annicca quartz, and the shower curb is done with Wilsonart Arlington quartz. The floor, wall, and shower wall tile are both done in different sizes of Serenissima Fossil Perla glazed porcelain. The accent tile in the shower is Ascot Gemstone White Silver, and the shower floor is Florida Tile Aventis Titanium.
“We are extremely happy with the finished bathroom. The bathroom is everything we wanted and more.”
