Living with an outdated bathroom can make life quite difficult. If your bathroom is too cramped, or you have no countertop space, then getting ready every morning can be a hassle. A local family was experiencing a similar problem in their aging bathroom, and they knew that something had to be done.
The family had previously worked with Cabinet Discounters a while back when we helped to remodel their kitchen. So when it came time to being their bathroom remodel, they knew exactly where to turn.
“We were very happy with the job Cabinet Discounters had done on our kitchen 25 years ago, so we decided to use them when we decided to remodel our bathroom.”
Once again, the family contacted our Gaithersburg showroom to get started on their project. Looking for a specific quality their designer, the family was directed to working with Tess Moran. Tess had the exact qualities and talents to listen, understand, and act upon the ideas of the family.
“When I called to schedule an appointment with someone there to discuss our master bath project, I asked for someone who was very patient. The person I was speaking to recommended Tess Moran, and was he ever right! She is the most patient person I have ever met. In addition, she is knowledgeable on everything regarding remodeling, having good ideas and making good suggestions based on her years of experience. She listens well to your ideas, thoughts and questions, and is also very responsive, always replying to emails or phone calls quickly.”
In addition to working with Tess, the family also had a great experience with all the other members of our team as well.
“She was a pleasure to work with, as was the rest of the crew. The tile setter, plumber, electrician and carpenters are top rate – they know what they’re doing and all listen well and helped solve problems if they arose. We are so pleased with the whole crew, that we have just contracted with Tess for our hall bathroom to be done using the same people. I know it will turn out as beautifully as the master bath did.”
Working along with Tess, the family selected Brighton Cabinetry with Bryant door style and Maple Lace color for their vanity. We also helped with the tile and the shower door as well.
“My husband and I are very happy with the way our master bath looks. Tess had a good vision of what we could do to get a larger footprint in the bathroom and a more updated, open look. It’s a pleasure to use it every day. We went from a very small, pedestal sink bathroom, to one with a 60” vanity with lots of storage, plus a huge shower with a bench seat. It is an amazing transformation!”
