Have you recently made the decision to stay put in your current house instead of moving elsewhere? If so, you may be ready to make some changes to your home. Because so much of our daily lives takes place in or revolves around the kitchen, updating the kitchen may be first onĀ your priority list. A local family had recently made that decision to stay in their home, and they knew that their kitchen needed a makeover.
“I decided to remodel because I have disliked my kitchen for several years and had recently made the decision to remain in [Washington,] DC for the foreseeable future as opposed to retiring to another state.”
Having heard our radio commercials, the family decided to visit our showroom and see what we had to offer.
“I often hear Cabinet Discounters ads on WMAL & I wanted to use a smaller local company like them.”
The family stopped by our Springfield showroom, and once inside they met with designer Jenny Suarez. They told Jenny what they wanted in a new kitchen, and she came up with a plan that worked both within their space and their budget. She offered suggestions and ideas that truly maximized the potential of the kitchen.
“I loved working with Jenny Suarez at Cabinet Discounters. She was so helpful and really got every inch of space out of my small kitchen. I would never have believed that my kitchen could be so much better, but she made it a reality.”
Working along with Jenny, the family selected Brighton Cabinetry with Monroe Flat door style and Maple Iceberg color. The countertops are Calacatta Borghini polished quartz.
“I am completely happy with the outcome! It is so much easier having great storage, counter space, and a larger refrigerator. I also love the custom touches in my cabinets, like the drawers to hold dishes and all of the pull-outs!”
With their new space, the family has found that the flow of their kitchen, whether for everyday use or for hosting friends and family, works significantly better than what they had with their previous kitchen.
“I have always used my kitchen. We do a lot of entertaining. The difference now is that I ENJOY using my kitchen. I have space for all of the prep & storage and the kitchen/dining area now has a great flow for every day AND for parties and gatherings.”
