Are you dreading laundry day? Do you find the space in which you do laundry is too small, cramped, and not conducive to an easy task? If doing laundry really has you feeling down, it may be time to upgrade your space. A local customer was looking to do just that.
Along with her ongoing kitchen remodel project, a customer decided she also needed her laundry room to be remodeled. Designer Meg O’Neill out of the Annapolis showroom of Cabinet Discounters was already working on a kitchen project for this customer, who was embarking on a large home remodeling project. So just like with her kitchen, Meg was able to come up with a plan for the new laundry room as well.
Working along with Meg, the customer selected Brighton Cabinetry with Shaker door style and Maple Lace color. The countertops are done with Soapstone.
The new laundry room space now includes a dedicated spot for the side-by-side washer and dryer. There is plenty of cabinetry space above for storage of all laundry room items, such as detergent, dryer sheets, and anything else needed. The expanded countertop space above the appliances provides ample space to fold clothes or stack them between cycles. Everything in this new space has combined together to make laundry day a breeze!
